Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

Please note that each product can differ in return and refund policy, so make sure to check the description on the product before buying. Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Tailz N Trendz accepts returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment. 2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 30 business days for the transaction to post to your account. For check and money orders, please allow 60 business days for the refund check to be issued.

3. Non-returnable Items

Not all items are returnable. Please make sure to read the product description before making a purchase. Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom/Personalized products
  • Perishables

4. Returns and Exchange Details

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and any other items that were included in the original shipment.
  • Customer pays for return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is a result of an error by Tailz N Trendz.

5. Shipping

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products that are received by Tailz N Trendz in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
    • Any product not purchased from Tailz N Trendz.
    • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return.
    • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable label, warranty, or original packaging.
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
